The old way
Customers crowd the lobby, argue over who was first, and walk out when the wait gets long.
With NXDUP
Customers scan, join from anywhere, and get a text when it’s their turn. Your barbers just tap “Call next.”
Scan or tap
Customers scan the shop’s QR code, or use the check-in screen inside. No app to download.
Join the line
They enter a name and phone number, pick a service and barber, and bring guests if they want.
Watch it move
A private link shows their spot and wait time, and a text tells them when to walk over.

Call next
A line your barbers run
Call the next customer, start, finish, push back, or mark a no-show. Everyone sees the change instantly.
Texts when it’s their turn
Customers get a text when they’re close and when they’re called. If they don’t show in time, they’re removed on their own.
Check-in on your shop’s screen
Put the shop display on a tablet or TV. Walk-ins type their name and number right there, or scan to join from their phone.
In-person only, done properly
Turn off remote joining and customers must enter a code that changes every minute. A photo of the QR code won’t get anyone in.
Wait times that learn
After a few visits, estimates use how long each barber really takes instead of a guess.

Each location has its own line, barbers, hours, QR code and public page.
